Adult Breaking (ages 13+) - Thurs @ 6pm

The Adult Breaking course will be going over the fundamentals of the dance. The fundamentals for this course includes Toprock (the upright part of the dance), Footwork (the down-low ground movement of the dance), Go-downs (the transition from toprock to footwork), along with an introduction to Power Moves and Freezes. The course will be focusing on the positions and transitions of each category. The pace of the course is fast. This is for individuals who are seeking a formal introduction of the dance Breakin'. It also provides brief history and context along side the physical aspect of the dance.
